Call for Papers - KU SOM Annual International Conference 2026: Navigating Business and Trade in a Changing Global Landscape
The WTO Chair at Kathmandu University School of Management (KU SOM), Nepal, invites submissions for the KU SOM Annual International Conference 2026, to be held on 19-20 December 2026 in Kathmandu, Nepal. Under the theme "Navigating Business and Trade in a Changing Global Landscape," the conference will bring together academics, scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers to present research, exchange ideas, and explore innovative solutions to contemporary business and trade challenges. Discussions will cover eight key tracks: Firms, Markets, and Competitiveness; Trade, Connectivity and Value Chains; Regenerative & Sustainable Hospitality for Destination Resilience; Emerging Trends in Marketing & Entrepreneurship; Human Capital and the Future of Work; Sustainability, Climate Risk & Responsible Growth; Technology, AI, and Digital Economy; and Finance, Investment & Economic Resilience. Contributions that address competitiveness, responsible growth, digital innovation, workforce transformation, and economic resilience in developing and emerging economies are particularly encouraged.
